We only ship to addresses in the United States.
Our general policy is to ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Orders under $299 are charged a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $9.
Orders over $300 receive Free Shipping. We choose which carrier will deliver these orders. It may be the US Postal Service, or FedEx Ground.
If you need an order shipped overnight or via a specific carrier, please give us a call at 352-362-0274.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc), we will pay the return shipping costs.

Go To Completed Orders, then click the Return Item(s) next to the item
Fill out the Return Request:

If you do not have an account on our system, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
